1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring or buying any of the tour services or products made by Retorno, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please abstain from hiring or buying any of our services and products. 

2. Services

Retorno provides Tours of Birdwatching, Bird Photography, Expeditions, Herpetology and Wildlife, as described on our website. Still, in many cases, the tours are not the same as we show on the web, a reason that any traveller can taylormade as their preference. By requesting our services, you agree to abide by our service terms and any additional agreements made between you and our company.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

At RETORNO, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to reschedule the same tour you booked up to one year after the original date. With one condition: If the tour does not start within the next 45 days.

To reschedule the tour, email dcasas@retornobirding.com, notifying the reason for your situation and accepting any additional costs these changes may entail, such as extra accommodation, transportation, and nature reserve fees. Inflation and new expenses will apply if the tour takes place the following year but during the year, allowing for rescheduling.

a. You only have the opportunity to reschedule the tour once and only for the stipulated allowed period.

b. If you booked the tour more than 6 months ago, you will have a year and a half to reschedule.

c. The tour cannot be transferred.

d. If you want to modify the initial itinerary, destination, lodging, number of people, transportation or other things, there may be extra costs. 

Otherwise, if the tour begins in the next 45 days, we will not be able to help you reschedule, as all payments to the various providers have already been made.

Note: Retorno will not refund the amount paid under any circumstances.

5. Liability

LOGISTICS COULD CHANGE FOR MANY REASONS AS FOLLOWS:

a. Bird activity of the reserves to visit.

b. For the decision of the travellers.

c. Security issued.

d. Healthy issue.

e. Other no specify.

Travellers must accept any of these changes. If the shift carries extra costs, the travellers assume these costs, which are budgeted before the change.

Retorno does not provide equipment rental or loan service; each person must bring their cameras, lenses, batteries, memories, and computer to carry out the activity in the best conditions. Retorno is not responsible for the loss, deterioration, or theft of photographic equipment or accessories. RETORNO does not guarantee any species of birds or photography of them; nature is unpredictable.

RETORNO works hard to have the best logistics and protocols for safety during your visit to COLOMBIA BIRD PARADISE.

6. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our services, please get in touch with us at dcasas@retornobirding.com for a resolution.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ministerio de Industria Y Turismo de Colombia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ministerio de Industria y Comercio de Colombia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
